I review my CPAP data about once every couple months. I've
been so consistent in my AHI at 1.5 - 2.5 and I'm happy with
it. Today I uploaded the last 53 days of data to the sleepyhead
program.
I noticed that I am mysteriously missing an entire month of data
in sleepyhead. I reviewed the sdcard and sure enough, I have
absolutely NO data for August 2020.
Anyone have any insights ? Its weird - like an entire month has
just been deleted. No way I would be off the therapy for that
long.
A couple of thoughts. One is that there is a limit to the data stored on the card on some machines. Perhaps you reached that limit, and it started to overwrite data. Check the card with file explorer to see how full it is. The other is that SleepyHead makes backups. Do a search in the SleepyHead program data folders and you should find it. I had to resort to restoring a backup once and it worked. I am afraid it was a while ago and I don't remember the exact process. But if you search for SleepyHead backup restoration you should find some help.
