sinus issues

been on cpap for about 7 months now,,, finding my sinus's are getting worse and worse,, wake up clogged up constantly,,nasally congested always,,,,blowing my nose for first 1 1/2 hrs that I'm up,, nose dripping all day long,,,,,,,,never never had nasal/sinus issues ever in my llfe before this,,,anyone have any suggestions??? have taken benadryl , at night, works alittle bit,,,, also i have High blood pressure so have to watch what meds i can take,,,,,,i use the Resmed airsense 10 with the F31i full face mask,,,,,

It may not seem intuitive, but you could try a nasal pillow mask instead of a full face. This will force you to breathe through your nose. I take Otrivin very occasionally, but not as a matter of routine. I find breathing though my nose keeps everything clear.
