I recently exchanged my Phillips Dreamstation to a Resmed Air Sense. The scale of AHI on the Dreamstation was 0 - 5 however on the Resmed report it’s 0- 1.2 am confused to the actual readings. On all Resmed tutorials the AHI is measured 0-5. I don’t know why my report is different - can anyone help?

Are you talking about a report on the machine or a MyAir report?

I don't use the myAir report, but here is link to the MyAir Report Guide. I use SleepyHead (now OSCAR) and find it much more useful than the myAir report. I suspect the scale in the myAir report is automatic, and the range of the scale increases to fit all the data you have displayed.

Sometimes if you are a new user and post an image it can take some time before it shows up.
