Morning headaches can be the aftermath of low O2 episodes during the night (caused by, e.g., still having lengthy apneas or sleeping at high altitude without added O2.) Another possibility is headgear pressure points which can be remedied by adjusting your current headgear or switching out your headgear for a different type.

But morning headaches are a very common symptom of sleep apnea itself. Usually, PAP treatment relieves, rather than causes, the headaches, subject to the head gear pressure points problem mentioned above.
