Are we going to see the price for the Airsense 10 auto going to drop in the "near" future (6 months) since the Airsense 11 is now available ?

That is a good question I would like to know the answer of too. My wife needs a machine to replace her aging S9. Last time I checked prices have not started to come down. I have seen something to the effect that these AirSense 11 machines are only being sold so far through sleep clinics and not through on line cpap equipment places. The only good prices I have seen are on the DreamStation machines. Nobody wants them now they had that recall due to the foam issue. It is tempting to get one that is updated with the fix as they are nearly half as expensive as the ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet's.

ok thank you. I'm not rewarding phillips and will pay the premium for resmed. wish I could get hold of a fisher & paykel evora full face mask to try. I always get leakage with the p10's unless they are so tight as to be uncomfortable...

I was just looking at the CPAP on line shops here in Canada. It seems that pretty much all machines are sold out and on backorder for 2 months or more. Perhaps related to the flooding and transportation interruption at the Vancouver port.

The problem may be the Philips recall in the US. Philips has been so slow in replacing the machines that many people are opting to buy a RESMED out of pocket and the machines are getting very scarce.

I think even the new DreamStation machines were out of stock. I suspect there is probably a seacan out there somewhere full of CPAP machines!

I have friends here in the US who registered in the recall for a replacement machine back in early July and are just now getting the replacement, supposedly tomorrow.
