I have had cataract surgery on both eyes and use a mask with magnetic clips. Sometimes I have rainbow auras when I awake. Do the magnetic clips on the masks interfere with your eyes if you have had cataract surgery?

I am not a doctor. The intraocular lenses that I am aware of do not have any magnetic material in them. They are just an acrylic plastic. So I don't see how a magnetic clip could impact your vision. You could ask your surgeon or look up the type of IOL you have just to be sure there is no metal used. I have had cataract surgery in both eyes and I am sure they have no metal. Normally you are given a credit card sized document with your cataract surgery that gives the model and serial number of the IOL used. You should be able to find information on that specific model by using google.
