Hello, when I use my full face mask I get a feeling of my lungs being full of air. It goes away after I am up and walking around but it wakes me up and I can’t return to sleep.
You may want to try a nasal pillow type mask if you are able to use that type. Also check to see if your EPR (ResMed) or Flex (DreamStation) is on and set to 3 cm.
