I’m a newcomer to this site. I was diagnosed with moderate sleep apnea (it is now severe) back in 2011. I used the TAPIII dental appliance in the past, but am now looking for a new dental device (could not tolerate CPAP). I have tried the SomnoMed Herbst, but find it very uncomfortable and cumbersome. I am considering the Prosomnus, DreamTAP and SomnoMed Advance Elite devices and would appreciate any insight you have regarding these devices, so I can make an educated decision as to what to buy. Any help will be much appreciated.

There is a dentist that checks in here now and then. Hopefully he will see your post and give you a response. I have no experience in that type of approach.
