Yes. I watched a bunch of reviews. Apparently it stays on and is absolutely leak free even at 20 air flow. No head gear. I use nose pillows at 10 air and have no problems but I think I may try it just to be rid of head gear. People were cutting the band aid looking part down and still stayed on. I couldn’t find it on Amazon. I think it’s brand new?

Sure. Found out that the adhesive nose pillows are disposed of after each night. They are $2 a pair. So 1 month's worth would be about $62! You'd be spending about $745 a year to use this system!! Good idea, but who the hell is gonna fork out that kind of ongoing expense? Would have liked to try it but not at that cost :(
