I have mild osa ,too.I've decided cycling to lose weight, playing didgerideoo and to get nasal valve collapse surgery. Cycling is good to increase your lung capacity and losing weight. Playing didgerideoo makes your throat tissues stronger. Finally, nasal valve's benefit is obvious.it doesn't need to explain. To sum up my thoughts, apnea is very complicated to cure it. This is my solution.I got uppp surgery before. That's why,it is difficult to play didgi. So,we will see. I wish you healthy life ,dear friends. And,i wish to hear your own solutions. Regards.
