I just being diagnosed with Mild Obstructive Sleep Apnea. I am just wondering are there any differences in term of the symptoms between the two. Would appreciate to hear experiences fro those whom has been diagnosed as Mild Obstructive Sleep Apnea and treatment options. Am kid of anxious as I have been having the symptoms of fatigue every other day and I can't focus at work. Thank you for your kind assistance in advance.
I have mild OSA as well. 2 of my brothers have Severe OSA. They have had great success with the use of a CPAP. I have not. I am not sure if this is unique to me or somehting to do with nature of the the conditon.
I have mild osa ,too.I've decided cycling to lose weight, playing didgerideoo and to get nasal valve collapse surgery.
Cycling is good to increase your lung capacity and losing weight.
Playing didgerideoo makes your throat tissues stronger.
Finally,nasal valve's benefit is obvious.it doesn't need to explain.
To sum up my thoughts, apnea is very complicated to cure it.
This is my solution.I got uppp surgery before. That's why,it is difficult to play didgi.
So,we will see.
I wish you healthy life ,dear friends.
And,i wish to hear your own solutions.
Regards.
