On the MyAir app/web page what defines a Mask on/off? Is it if you turn the machine on-off and back on? For example go to sleep, wake up to use the bathroom so you shut the machine off and then turn the machine back on when you get back in bed. There are nights I do not wake up in the night, I sleep straight through yet the app will say I have two mask on/offs.

If I load the data into SleepyHead, I don't see any machine on/off/on unless I do go to the bathroom. The app seems to always have at least one, usually two on/off.

I have never bothered to sign up for MyAir. I just go by the # of sessions in SleepyHead. I find MyAir is so high level, it is not worth the bother of looking at it. You can probably get as much information right off the machine if the advanced sleep report is activated.

If you use MyAir or not is irrelevant to the question, I would like to know what "Mask On/Off" means.

You have to turn the machine off for it to count as a "Mask off." If you take your mask off without turning off the machine, it will simply be a mask leak as far as MyAir is concerned. You will always get at least one mask off, because turning it on counts as one. Basically, every time you start the machine it counts as a mask off event. Turn it on @ 10:00 PM, that's one. Turn it off @ 5:00, then turn it back on @ 5:30, that's two. And so on. It seems to roll over and start a new day @ 12:00 Noon. I don't pay attention to the stat much, as the numbers I'm concerned about are events, hours of use, and mask seal.

Thank you, I was beginning to think that starting therapy counted as one on/off.

There was one night I had an unusual amount of on/offs and couldn't figure out why.
