Does this look bad? I got these from a watch/pulse oximeter thing.

I will to collect data before I go to the docs.

I think that the number of events below 89% is somewhat equivalent to apnea events. The acceptable number of apnea events per hour is <5. 5-15 is mild apnea. See this document.

Hi crave303

If your device also tracks blood pressure I would suggest you cross reference it's accuracy by getting your blood pressure read at your local chemist or if you visit your doctor.

I found that mine was quite misleading.

The reason I suggest this is that for me it seriously undermined the credibility of all the data on the device.
