Any one having difficulties with logging into ResMeds My Air site. I have tried with 3 pieces of equipment. An Iphone, Ipad and laptop. Most of the time the web site says invalid email or password when I try to log in, but when I use another piece of equipment I get on. The strange thing is - its not the same equipment that gets refused, and very often the equipment that has been successful one time is refused next time. Its driving me mad!!!
I can only log in using a web browser. I downloaded the app and it does not recognize login and password. I created a second acct using another email address and same thing happened.
My password constantly has to be changed because the system does not recognize my most recent password. I do not know if someone I screwing around with the system or not.

I don't have a login issue but the scores come up only the next day. Night before last score only appears today. Hope they maintain this system as it is useful.
