They say to change the N30 pillow every two weeks. Is this so they can sell more pillows or do they go bad after a couple of weeks?

I change my P10 nasal pillow cushion every 1.5 years whether it needs it or not.

Wow, every two weeks sounds not necessary to me. I agree with Sierra.

The pillows/cushions do wear out. With cleaning and use they will not be in the best condition. The recommended times and your usage will vary. If the pillow/cushion starts to feel soft, or when you get more air leaks change it. If it is working, don't worry about it.
