I bought a SoClean2 machine a few months back, and every now and again I find that a bunch of water has leaked from it. Not sure where the water is coming from or why it would randomly dump out. I put a folded hand towel under it and it soaks through when it does these random water dumps.

Have any of y'all had a similar experience? If so, do you know what causes it and/or how to stop it happening?

Thank yoU!

Hi Southaustinative

I didn't see anything but passing mentions of the SoClean but if you raise a question there they can be quite helpful.

I would say to take it back to the manufacturer or seller. May be a defect, may be something easy to fix.
