I am on night 3 with my new ResMed Airsense 10, full face mask (mouth breather). Trying to figure things out on my own, I have life long insomnia and following recent sound recordings discovered I have apnea. Although- a recent sleep study did not pick this up so I currently don’t have professional guidance. I bought one anyway because I’m desperate and have been complaining to doctors for 20yrs (half my life) of chronic insomnia, with no joy.

I’d be really grateful if anyone could have a look at this sleepyhead graph and suggest whether pressure needs to go up or down and EPR advice. Thank you!

I feel weird and dizzy constantly, and need proper sleep desperately.

Many thanks in advance! Fee

Did not see this post until today.

With your daily report, it would be more informative if you clicked the "Details" tab instead of the events tab. The events are shown as flags on the graph already. Also if you click on the triangle beside the date you can suppress the calendar display to make more room for the more important details. I believe F10 will get rid of that navigation bar on the right which just gets in the way. Also you are zoomed in on a segment of the night. It would be more helpful to see the whole night.

But from what I can see your settings are not that bad, It looks like the maximum pressure is about 13 cm and you may need more. Increasing pressure can increase the number of CA events so you have to watch that. It appears you currently only have 2 so that is not an immediate issue.
