I am experiencing a “whistling” sound midway through my night’s sleep. Using a full face mask.....the sound comes from the air exit holes on the face covering. Dragging my finger over the holes stops the sound momentarily but it soon returns.......what adjustments can I make to prevent this sleep disturbing sound?

I have seen exactly the problem you describe first hand, and in each case it was caused by condensation. Turn your humidifier down one notch and see if this helps. If it is still happening, turn it down one more. It could be something else, but condensation is by far your most likely culprit.
