I guess my issue is does the CPAP fix the issue. The machine and study said the problem was fixed but I was more tired when on the machine than off. When on the machine I would fall asleep more time in the day than off. Major sleepy time in the day. The first doctor did no believe me that my condition got worst. I have to listen to my body. I am in a new city now and want to get the right information to this doctor.
I have been recently diagnose with sleep apnea. I ask my doctor about supplement and sleep he said there is no supplement that help you. I question this is because L-arginine help me. When I take this supplement I sleep through the night but if I skip the pills I am awake every 90 minutes. I realize that supplement are not taught to western doctors so I am not surprised in his answer. Is there anyone more educated that can proved more information? My sleep test was without the supplement.
I have recently been told I have Obstructed sleep apnea. On a test 5 years ago I was told I have central sleep apnea. Is it common to have different results? The first test was with a full lab while the second test was a in home study. A read where the Home study equipment was not effective for central sleep apnea. I tried a CPAP machine before with out much result. The current doctor want me to use the machine again. I am getting too much conflicting info. What question should I ask the doctor to get complete information? Did I use the wrong Home study equipment?
