So should I sleep without the mask if I get an air purifier? I'm asking if the purifier will even help when I sleep since I'm wearing a mask.
Hey I've been looking into an air purifier recently, having a bit of sleeping issues and it seems to possibly help with that. At the very least it would give me peace of mind knowing the air in my apartment is cleaner. I was wondering though, does it help you sleep even if you wear a CPAP mask every night?
