My problem is I don't feel sleepy. I just go from watching TV, or reading or listening to music to waking up in the middle of the night or in morning. No warning. Does anyone else have this problem or am I alone? PS. I just found out that there is a solid connection between sleep apnea and Alzheimer's Disease, so how important is having a clock built into your CPAP machine that checks you every hour during your sleeping hours (say 10pm to 7am) and with a nice female voice wakes you up and tells you that you didn't turn your machine on or you need to put your mask on or both?

I was wondering if anyone has a real problem with falling asleep
before putting your CPAP machine on. I find that I often only use
my CPAP machine about half the time because of this. What do
you do to avoid this?
Is this a problem for you or not?
