You could try using a mask/cushion liner. They sell ones that are disposable but they are pretty pricey. There are also reusable ones you can purchase or you can try and make your own. This might be more comfortable and reduce your sweating.

As SleepMommy has suggested mask liners should help. I've heard of those who make them out of old t-shirt material to save on the costs. Here is a link to one brand of commercial ones. They have a sizing chart so you can determine what size you need for your mask. I have no experience with them as I use a nasal pillow mask and the liner is not necessary for that type of mask.

The mask liners you pointed to are not cut all that closely and I doubt it matters what size is used. The tee shirt material idea is a WHOLE lot cheaper. It is also tough to wash these things as they need to be ironed so as to be re-useable and ironing is pretty much a non starter in my house.

Have you considered trying a nasal pillow mask like the ResMed AirFit P10? You may find it more comfortable as it has minimal contact with your face. I recall your machine is using a low pressure in the range of 5-7 cm, and a nasal pillow should work well if you can keep your mouth closed during the night.

The Silent Night mask liners tuck in very nicely so you don't have excess fabric wafting in your eyes or tickling your nose. You can see a good picture of them at cpapXchange.com. The liners really do take away the sweaty feeling.. These ones are reusable.
