Overnight Titration Completed

I completed the titration stage of my diagnosis on Wednesday of this last week. I have been using CPAP for going on 3 weeks now. I have been checking my data with sleepyhead and dealing with various issues such as leaks and mask comfort. My machine is a ReSmed AirSense 10 Autoset with Humidair Humidifier and ClimateAirLine. My mask is a Resmed Airfit N10. I just purchased a PadAcheek mask liner to help with the excessive leaks i have been having.

Hi @shadowfx78. Congratulations on completing your titration and starting treatment. Many patients report success with lead reduction using the mask liners. You can also try cutting your own mask liners using moleskin. It also sometimes helps to make sure your skin is cleansed and any skin care products have been removed in the area where the mask seals. I cant say exactly from experience since its only been one night but the padacheek liner has made a huge difference in the comfort level of my mask now that i have it adjusted properly. Yes i know about cleaning my face I wash my face just about every day to keep acne and black heads at bay.
