When I first put on my nasal pillow mask (I have the ResMed AirSense 10 with a Swift Fx Nasal Pillow system) I seem to have trouble breathing. It feels like I'm not getting enough air in to my nose. I have ramp turned off... and the pressure seems to be about 9.1. Is there any way of increasing it?
I don't see any way of doing it. Is this something the Sleep Clinic can do?

Make sure your mask is fitting you properly. The mask pillow size may be too small. 9 cm of presure with no ramp should be giving you lots of air. Are you sure you are getting 9 cm of pressure? It should display the actual pressure when you first turn the machine on.

On adjusting the pressure, yes your sleep clinic can do it. With no ramp it will start at the minimum treatment pressure. That means the minimum treatment pressure would have to be increased.
