Hello-
Just took a sleep study on Tuesday night, I most likely have sleep apnea-extremely tired during the day, heart palpatations at times, foggy brain, am overweight (265 pounds at 5'4")-difficulty concentrating-I have already lost over ninety pounds. Am doing some exercises for the tongue diaphram etc. Also have asthma and depression/anxiety and have been taking Trazadone to sleep/psych meds for years now. Tell me there is hope! :) Seriously, I have been feeling just AWFUL for about three months now. Feeling a little better since doing facial exercises and continuing to lose weight, sleeping on a wedge pillow.

Good news is that your sleep study will come with a prescription for the possible sleep problem you are having. Mine said I had moderate apnea and prescribed a BIPAP machine. I had been falling asleep during the day when operating power tools and driving not to mention during church and other times. The machine fixed my apnea issues, the worst problem was lack of O2 to the brain and other organs when I quit breathing at night. That is a thing of the past. The machine and associated mask were a challenge to use at first but are now second nature and I have adjusted and have a much more productive life. You are already doing a lot of things needed to help any apnea condition but I am confident the study will result in positive results and your mood will lift when the results translate in better sleep and health.
Hi I'm happy that the machine is helping you sleep and throughout the days I just got fitted n thinking it's going to take a lot f o r me to get used to it but hoping it will help me because I have to be driving my daughter to work n picking her up I be so tried during the day course by the lack of sleep at night having to sit up while sleep but I'm looking forward to a great night sleep
