The last few nights, my events per hour have went way up. Last night my events were 71 per hour for 8 hours. I have had my CPAP machine for about 11 months.

Those are nasty numbers. That's not sleeping it's just suffering!
Are you in a position to take the machine down to your local sleep tech for some urgent answers?
I can ask you lots of questions and eventually others could give you suggestions or even answers but something is seriously wrong and you are not in a safe zone.
There are a few threads over the past week or so on a similar subject.
If you can't get our right now or the clinic is closed there are some obvious questions:
What mask are you using?
Was it on when you woke up?
Is it leaking significantly?
Have you made any changes recently?
Do you have congestion or allergies right now?
Have you changed your routines or medications recently?
Then there is Sierra's favourite question: Can you transfer your data to Sleepyhead?
It's 45 Celsius outside :( and I have to go out but I'm sure others will be here shortly.

I see that you have posted about similar issues before with your AirCurve 10 CPAP and F20 mask. I would suggest you have two choices. One would be to download SleepyHead and view your results with that software. The other option would be to take the SD card from your machine to your sleep clinic and have them look at the data to tell you what is going on.
