You are considering the entire night as a single session. Look at the bottom of the left sidebar (scroll down) There is a section called "Session Information". Every time you start your machine starts a new "session". I'll bet the number of sessions you see there is the number5 of sessions that you see imported.
Very inconsistent data import. When I open SH and select "import" it looks like its reading in a bunch of data every time. But the most current session doesn't always load. I can retry 10X and still not there.
Using MAC SleepyHead-1.1.0-testing-20180613-9da8b2a7-macOS with the sheep image in dock to click on to start.
BUT when opened the top bar in SH screen says "SleepyHead v1.1.0-unstable-0 [9da8b2a7 Open GL] (Profile: SLEEPLZ}"
I've downloaded SH and installed many times with different versions. Still inconsistent. When I IMPORT and a pop-up shows its using an "NO NAME" file, then latest session will show up every-time. Then 2 or 3 days/sessions later it loads OK with all data available. YIKES!!!

OK Jeff, I do not know what is going on.
I assume by "current session" you do not mean "current day", but only the last "session" of the current day is missing.
As the Project Manager for OSCAR (Open Source CPAP Analysis Reporter), I have a strong interest in this. I can guarantee you that SleepyHead will not be fixed. That project was shut down.
Bonjour, guruuu, thank youuu! It worked this morning just fine and included my last 2 sessions. (Many thanks to the SH developer(s) who labored so hard to bring us what we have today.) C'mon OSCAR! I'm still learning how to read SH info and extract much needed knowledge from the 70 pages of "Beginners Guide to SH" I downloaded and printed. Know that I am grateful every day for this Forum and all who contribute. Without your efforts I would still be struggling, swimming in the morass of darkness created by this new challenge of SA therapy. I'm building more confidence daily that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Happy REMs to all...
Background: Still a newbie, starting 1/31/19 on Resmed 10 s BiPAP, now with 4th mask (1-Resmed Full Face F20, 2-DreamWear Nasal, 3-DreamWear Full Face, and 4-Resmed Full Face F30). MyResmed reports last 3 of 4 have been scored 100! Yea!!! Feel better already. My original sleep lab tested me at 63 events in 1 hr. SH says I'm now averaging <5 AHI. There is hope for those of you still struggling.
