Everything I see shows zero CA events. If central apnea has been an issue, it certainly is being well treated now. Total AHI is good. The only strange part that I see is that the total AHI is not the total of the reported OA, Hypopnea, and CA.

Omg...are you serious? How come my central apneas are going away!?? Can I upload any other data to double check? Thank you so much Sierra...you are always kind and helpful 🤗
I would suggest you post your Daily report screen. It may have some data on it that gives some clue. If you are using the timed backup on your machine it may be changing centrals to unidentified apneas. The Daily screen should report unidentified apnea.

Last night my numbers weren't that good. Only change was that I have a 45 degree angle pillow and I usually add another pillow on top, this time I removed the pillow on top and just left the 45 degrees pillow. Let me know what you think... BTW, I was trying to do screenshots with OSCAR and didn't work pretty well, I just took the screenshots with the windows snipping tool.
It seems most of your AHI is unidentified. I have seen that before with BiPAP machines using the timed backup. You could assume those apneas are probably central in nature. But, in any case they are not putting you above a total AHI of 5, so still not too bad.
The other number you might want to watch in the Overview page is the total time in apnea bar graph. My thoughts are that at the end of the day this might be the best measure of the severity of the apnea. Apnea is apnea so the type does not matter that much other than when trying to do a diagnosis.
I also tend to look at the distribution of events using Sleepyhead. I often have a lot of CAs and often those are clustered over a short period of time ( say 20-45) minutes near the end of the night whereas the rest of the night was pretty interruption free. That's the problem with AHI averages. You may not realize that most of the night you slept quite well.
