Can any one suggest a pulse oximeter model to be worn at night?

I need to know my arterial O2 saturation while asleep and using CPAP.

I have no experience with one. However, I see you are using a AirSense 10 machine. If it is an Elite or AutoSet it can save data that can be viewed with SleepyHead. SleepyHead can also import data from an oximeter. Here is some information from SleepyHead on which meters it supports. I would expect they would be good meters to use. The advantage of a meter that inputs to SleepyHead is that you can compare the sleep results to the oximeter results on the same time scale.

It might not be as expensive as others, but for me this one worked great and I got it because it is wrist worn and won't just fall off. Of course, a piece attached to the wrist part still has a wire on it and goes over the index finger. You can hook it up to the computer and use the SPO2 Assistant program to look at your results. Just make sure that whatever one you buy...it should come with the finger sleeve.

I have the CMS50F and it will record data for up to 24 hours. I have also imported the data into Sleepyhead.
