I have a continuing problem of lots of saliva accumulating under my nasal pillows and around my neck during the night. I have to sleep with a towel under my neck. I sleep well. Anyone else have this weird thing?

No, I use the P10 nasal pillow mask and do not have that problem. However, I also tape my mouth shut so I do not lose air out my mouth. You may want to look into mouth taping.

I have a beard so don’t think that would work for me.

I have a recollection of some tape that is specially made for mouth taping. It goes between the lips instead of over the top of the lips

My pillows work great except for this drooling problem. This is new. I’ve used the pillows for years.

You might want to try a chin strap to keep the mouth shut. My CPAP supplier will send it, you might need a prescription for insurance to cover it. Every once and a while I have a problem with dry open mouth so I will use the chin strap. I have a beard as well. With the beard, the mask and the chin strap there is a lot on your face and it might take a little getting used to.
