I think I have it. Does anyone else here have it and have any ideas for getting rid of it?
I usually get awoken right as I drift to sleep, with a sensation in my head simalir to a thud or a pulsation. It isnt an actual sound, but the physical sensation of a sound, and it always originates from my head
