I utilize 2 units both are resmed airsense 10 auto with SD cards. my issue is that i need to provide my employer 90 days of reports. I submit 2 reports and they are saying that i need to be compliant with the required percentages on one machine. i see how the numbers can be off when using either machine for 3 days and 4 days at a time. however, if you look at the each report it clearly shows all the usage and hrs are meet. r my employer is stating i need full compliance on 1 machine and say i should not use two units. is there a way to use 1 sd card for each but i think each card is logged on to each units serial number. any suggestions would be appreciated..

Hi Manny. I could be wrong, but I think the SD cards record an identifier (like serial number) associated with each machine. I'm not sure how to overcome the issue you are having. Have considered contacting ResMed's technical support to see if they can assist? Otherwise, it might be that you need to use a single machine until you show compliance.
