I tried deselecting the country. OSCAR would not allow deselecting the time zone. It didn’t change the data display, nor did changing to EST. So I went back to USA, PST. I am still puzzled why some days display a time, and others merely the hours on the machine.

Yes, most current version. I went onto the OSCAR site to see if there was a “contact us” tab. No luck. All I found was a bunch of griping about daylight savings time changes. Rather than go back and struggle with pinpointing the time of events going back, and trying to correlate, I will keep manual records going forward and if I wake up with an obstruction, i’ll record the exact time and hours on the machine and expand that interval in the morning to see what gives. I also added tracking “time on exhalation “ to see how that correlates. Maybe, with luck, the slits have solved the problem and I won’t have to troubleshoot further…well, one can always hope. ;-)
Thanks for your help all along, Sierra, from a grateful newbie.

The solution could be related to the daylight savings issue because, in my twisted world, daylight savings is simply a temporary adjustment of the time zone.
Another thing you could try, assuming all your data is still on the SD card (and it will be if you have not deleted it), is to create another profile in OSCAR with a slightly different name, and then import the data from the SD card again to this profile. This time I would suggest not selecting any time zone information, to see if that helps with the problem.
