I have difficulty finding a mask/headgear that fit properly. I always have to
tighten beyond what is standard on any headgear I've ever used. Any suggestions?

I was browsing that option when I ran across links to this forum. I prefer a full face mask, but all I can find in peds are nasal. I might switch 'cause the headgear I have right now is already stretched out, and requires me to add padding. grumble
I recently inherited a Resmed N20 Product presumably 'for her' which I found to be quite a good design, but way too small for me. When I set the adjustments to the last point of traction it just fits, but the straps have a lot of potential in the other direction, so it seems to me that it would fit quite a small head.
I was sufficiently impressed with it's function to decide that I need to order one in a medium size.
I also have a small head and went through several mask before finding success with a mask from Fisher Paykel…the Evora full face mask. The Evora has an additional point on the top that gives another point of adjustment. Previous mask needed to be tightened trying to get them to fit. I am able to leave the Evora mask much looser and still have almost zero leaks because of the additional point of adjustment. I tried the ResMed “for her” masks, but they did not give me as good of a seal.
Good luck on finding a mask that fits.
