Has anyone experienced their gums getting sores due to the pressure of your mask? I use a mask that covers my nose only. I have it set tight enough not to leak air but it’s evidently pressing hard enough on my upper gums to cause sores. I’ve tried using nasal pillows and can’t absolutely stand them. I’ve tried the gel filled masks but they are cumbersome and large. I’m trying not to complain but I’ve used a CPAP for 24 years. So, a novice, I’m not but hopefully this forum can offer suggestions.

Thank you in advance for your suggestions.

What make and model of mask do you have? There are many different nasal masks (an a few different intranasal one now too).

@HumoreousRedVioletBear0005 Did you resolve the issues you had with sores on upper gums due to CPAP usage?
