Not only do I use SleepyHead to read my results, weekly, or daily when I think I had a bad night.

Download the latest version o SleepyHead here: https://sleepyhead.jedimark.net/

Many users on http://www.apneaboard.com/forums/ use the software and your will find support in the forum for understanding the Sleepyhead readings,

I learned how to make the clinical settings in my Resmed Airsend 10 operating in the APAP mode and immediately lowered the max pressure from 20 to ten which eliminated most mask leaks and the tendency of pressure to increase as the night progressed to a point it was blowing the mask to the point it sounded like it was farting from the leaks. Over time I could see that this reduction in pressure lowered my AHI, without affecting any of the other therapy effects - such as obstructive index, hypoponeas, or RERA events.

When I go to the new doctor, I am going to take a copy of the latest version of SleepyHead on a zip drive along with the link to the Sleepyhead web page.

Also have a copy of RESMED's RESCAN software and it is like a cripple version of SleepyHead becasue it provides less data.

My ResMed sends data to Dr via cellular It has no sd card

IF I insert an SD card to get data for Sleepyhead will it still send data to the Dr via Cellular?

Are you sure it doesn't already have an SD card? Anyhow, inserting one to get the data downloaded to it will have no effect on whether the data is also transmitted via the mobile network. It will continue to transmit whether you want it to or not. Unless you put in airplane mode of course.
