Hi, I bought the ResMed machine in US for my mom use in China. Currently i use myair app to monitor her sleep data while she is in US. Does anyone have experience that the sleep data can still be available in the app during usage outside of US or there is no other way?

Hi, I try to look up the setting, but not see one or something i haven't found. How do i be able to get email reply when someone reply my question on the forum, instead of needing to check the website regularly. Currently under my account, my email notification already is on. thanks a lot

Hi madjack, My mom (around 70) is using the ResMed Airsense 10 autoset for Her for 4 months. i have set the humidity level to 8, ramp time is auto, full face mask, but she still has problem with nose congestion in the morning, her average usage hour per night is 5.5 hours. I also purchased the over the counter nasal spray wash and let her use before treatment. Please let me know any suggestion. The supplier recommended to change to the heated tube (ClimateLineAir heated air tubing), is it helpful? I saw you have experience using it.
Also she is still not used to wear the mask all night, take off when woke up around 2-3 am. Any suggestion? thanks a lot
