I imported my data - WOW do I have a lot of leaks. Which categories should I screenshot? Most of my leaks look to be the straight up and down ones, but some look frantically up and down......

I saw it was replaced, but my OS on my Mac is really old and doesn't support the new one.

Also, I only used it once and don't really remember how it worked. Is there something explaining the basics?

What should I look for in the seal? I’be replaced the mask and tubing since then, so I don’t think it’s them. As for the pressure during the sleep test, it wasn’t the same. For some dumb reason they only tested me at 9, even though I was consistently going to 10 at night and he thought I needed to up my pressure since I’m still tired all the time

Good morning. I wasn't able to upload my data last night since I got home late, but will try tonight. I did try the P10 mask last night, to see if it made a difference. Well, it did, alright - it was even worse! I only had it on for an hour since the nasal pillows were bothering me and I decided to check the leak - 47L! And, I was on my back the whole time with my mouth taped. (down the middle). What gives????

Be careful with that jaw clicking and don't ever do it on purpose. Jaw clicking is a sign of TMJ, and the clicking is when your disc is moving out of place. That can cause a whole slew of issues. I have TMJ, used to have the jaw clicking, and now I have one disc that is permanently displaced and one that goes in and out. Limited mouth opening, and a LOT of pain at first. For some reason, my sleep apnea treatment has seemed to make mine better - I guess because either I'm keeping my mouth closed, or I'm not grinding my teeth. In any case, you might want to talk to your dentist about a night guard.

I was diagnosed with LPR around the same time as my sleep apnea diagnosis. Interesting........ And, yeah - I get that tight feeling in my throat too, especially when sitting still in the car riding or driving. It's such a weird sensation.....
