Does anyone have any experience or first hand knowledge of this system? My boss is considering it as a first treatment for mild sleep apnea. My impression has always been that CPAP is the most effective and that all these surgeries and other systems might help but aren't known to be as effective. His ENT is really pushing this one it seems. Any knowledge about it you can share would be appreciated.

The Mayo Clinic review of the system is probably as objective as you are going to find. On a quick read, it sounds like it may work in some people, but it is not a sure thing.

All of the medical advice I've ever heard, and from a great number of doctors, is that any kind surgery for OSA should be approached with caution. Get all of the information you can and don't get pushed into anything.
