Looking at oxcimeters that Sleepyhead supports and time synchs BIPAP data. They seem to be all finger mounts. Also like looks of bracelet Kogan Pulse+ Wellbeing Tracker that somebody mentioned. https://www.kogan.com/au/buy/kogan-pulse-plus-wellbeing-tracker/ But they are Aussie Co. and can't ship until Mar 13th. Any body using this yet? Issues? Or any alternative? It reports Bluetooth to Smartphone, would have to manually view and connect to Sleepyhead reports I guess.

All AFIB detectors I've seen require fingers from both hands to simultaneously be read for 30 secs and report to Smartphone. Can't figure out how to do that while "sleeping peacefully" with my BIPAP. (LOL) Any ideas? Any home version ECG devices with stick on wires available?

If you look at the Minute Ventilation graph in SleepyHead, it is somewhat of a proxy for oxygen desaturation.

I have the Kogan product but I've never tried to integrate the data into Cpap data.

I was fairly confident of the device when I last mentioned it but I want to check the blood pressure readings against a real BP monitor before I recommend it further.

Sierra - Thanks, can you show me a SH report example that indicates desaturation? How can I print a SH report?

Big...Their web shows a $49 price. Sounds good for what it alleges to report. Keep us posted.

Anyone with AFIB tried those devices?

I don't have any O2 monitoring, so I can only see Minute Ventilation (MV) which is really a measure of how much air (Oxygen) is being transferred into your lungs. If you look at the SleepyHead screen shot below, I zoomed in on an obstructive event that lasted 21 seconds. Prior to the event you can see a stable sleep period with uniform breathing and flow. MV was a pretty stable 7. However as the result of the 21 second obstructive event you can see it dip to about 1.7. It would be my expectation that oxygen desaturation would follow the MV but with a bit of a delay. With SH you can scroll through the night and see when MV is dipping down. What I like to see, but unfortunately do not see as much as I would like is a flat MV graph trace.

On a PC you can do a print screen by just pressing the F12 key, and watch for the pop up window that will tell you where the screen shot is stored. If you want to post it here, just use Windows Explorer to find the file, left click on it and then drag it into the body of a message.
