I've been using the Airsense 10 for a little over 3 years and never had any problems. Within the last couple of months I will have 2 or 3 instances a month were it appears the machine does not ramp up but goes to a high pressure. This makes it difficult for me to inhale and exhale. Any ideas on what i can do??
The first thing I would do is download SleepyHead and install it on a PC or Mac. You also need a SD card reader. Then copy the data from the AirSense 10 SD card to your computer. SleepyHead will allow you to view your detailed data for each night. You should be able to go back to the nights when you had a problem with pressure and see what happened. You could also post the Daily Report screen here for comments.
What are your minimum and maximum pressures set at, and do you use the ramp function? What is it set at?
