i was told i had severe sleep apnea three years ago, here i am three years down the road using cpap still tweaking here and there, cpap does not just help mild sleep apnea. i had 56 events an hournow my ahi is o.1 so dont be negative about cpap i dont know about anyone else it works for me, i have good nights and bad nights so i will leave you with the words of spock live long and prosper.
Yes I agree I am also sleeping a bit better thanks to you for helping me with my settings. But I have the same issue with the mask if it's tight I get hardly any leaks to slack and it leaks I get about 6 hours a night my ahi has dropped dramatically thank you for caring and tbe help you gave me.
Does anyone in this on here have nothing positive to say about cpap
Well I tend to disagree with that I have had severe sleep apnea for three years and I still waken up and I think it is my apnea that awakes me. Get about about six hours sleep.
Thank you for your reply , most of my issues are witth my mask I got some sleep last night , tbe problem is i have to tighten my mask so tight because if i loosen it i get mayor leeks cant use nasel pilllows has to be full face how much sleep do you get i get about five hours a night 3 year on CPAP and still feel tbe same as i did without tbe damn machine
no thanks i could not possibly do this, i watched the video but don,t believe everything you see on youtube i know lots of people do this , i will stick with my mask or maybe stop therapy i am just so stressed with this i seek help but get wrong info, i dont mean you thank you for all your help.
