I have moderate sleep apnea and have been on a ResMed AirSense 10 CPAP for almost three years. I do feel much better but, I think the quality (or lack of quality) of my sleep is not accurately reflected in ResMed's MyAir. It seems more like a quantitative report as opposed to a qualitative report. I still feel tired even when scoring most nights at 99-100. So, I think I am getting the quantity of sleep, just not quality sleep. Am I interpreting this correctly? Thanks!

All the data from your machine measures is your breathing. Is it nice and even or does it stop and start? If you have a low AHI (less than 5) then your breathing is very likely OK. There are about a million other things which can make you tired and it is likely that one of these is also at play. Investigate with a reputable doctor.

I experience the same. I'm at 100 most nights, but all that tells me is that I'm meeting at least 7 hours using the mask and not having many, if any, apneas. But I'm not even always sleeping that full 7 hours so I know that's a factor for me. I still wake a lot and I still feel exhausted in the morning. But I do have improvements so I'm sticking with it.
