Resmed and your doctors are selling your data, it is sad but that is modern life. Unless you disabled the cellular connection on your machine, the data is going to Resmed if you use the MyAir app or not. Your sleep center pulls the data down from u-sleep/umbian (ResMed) servers.
On the MyAir app/web page what defines a Mask on/off? Is it if you turn the machine on-off and back on? For example go to sleep, wake up to use the bathroom so you shut the machine off and then turn the machine back on when you get back in bed. There are nights I do not wake up in the night, I sleep straight through yet the app will say I have two mask on/offs.
If I load the data into SleepyHead, I don't see any machine on/off/on unless I do go to the bathroom. The app seems to always have at least one, usually two on/off.
Where did you purchase the new hose? I have read that some aftermarket or counterfeit supplies can have bad smells.
I don't recall noticing a "WOW!" moment, what I do notice is if I take a nap or fall asleep without using the machine I really feel groggy, tired and confused. I have been using a CPAP for over five years so my "before" memories are faint. I notice when I don't use it.
