I am not a food coach or nutritionist, or any specialist in the food industry. However, I have been vegan for over seven years, and I think any type of protein could work. I have never tried consuming protein right before bed, I think it will give me too much energy. However, I am tempted to try it for two or three weeks and see the result. However, I won't use any animal protein, I have been a fan of natural food supplies and naturally food in general since I was 17, and I don't think I will change my mind soon.
